Privacy policy

How jennesys.com handles your data: no tracking cookies, anonymous visit counting, contact messages.

This policy explains how the jennesys.com website handles your personal data. In short: no advertising, no tracking cookies, and we only keep what you send us.

Who is responsible

The website is published by Jennesys Studio. For any question about your data, use the contact page or write to the address shown there.

What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, your e-mail address, the subject and your message. We use them only to answer you. Your message is stored on our server and forwarded to our mailbox. We keep messages for at most 2 years after our last exchange, then delete them.

Visit counting. To know which pages are read, we count visits anonymously: for each day, the number of views per page and language, and the name of the website that sent the visitor (for example a search engine). We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address or any identifier.

Technical logs. Like any web server, ours may briefly keep technical logs (date, page, IP address) to keep the website secure and running. They are deleted automatically.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookie. A security cookie is used when you send the contact form, to block forged submissions. It is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.

Our games

Our games are played on Roblox. Data related to your Roblox account is handled by Roblox Corporation under its own privacy policy. In our games, progress is saved with your Roblox user ID only: we do not receive your name, e-mail address or password.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your data. It is only shared with the service providers needed to run the website (hosting and e-mail).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us. If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

The website does not knowingly collect data from children under 15 without a parent's consent. If you think a child has sent us a message, contact us and we will delete it.
